PUBLIC NOTICE
The City Council of the City of China Grove, Texas will hold a public hearing on amending the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year Budget of the City of China Grove, Texas, to be held on March 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall, located at 2412 FM 1516 S, China Grove, TX, 78263. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard for or against any item or the amount of any item contained in the proposed Budget Amendment.
CHINA GROVE YOUTH DIVERSION PLAN
The Municipal Court of the City of China Grove hereby adopts the Youth Diverson Plan, effective January 1, 2025 in accordance with the provisions of House Bill 3168 and Subchapter E, Chapter 45 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.
This plan is designed to promote accountability, reduce recidivism, and ensure the walfare and saftey of the community by redirecting eligible youth from formal prosecution to constructive intervention.
